Launched in 2019 the new generation of SID121 ecus’ are fitted to a wide range of Ford vehicles. Including the most tuned vehicle on the planet. The trusty Ford Transit, as well as the Ford Ranger, which is also very popular for tuning and remapping.
The Ford SID 212 ECU has the most heavily encryption on an ECU known to date. The software technically has the same level of encryption as bank security – this is going to be one very tough nut to crack, if it can be done at all.
The lack of tuning on these ECU’s has left a huge gap in the tuning industry, and many customers running the lower BHP versions. Or heavy working vehicles are now desperate for a little more power and torque.
For this reason, VIEZU has developed, tested and refined a VIEZU V-Box, specifically for vehicles fitted with the SID 212 ECU. The VIEZU V-Box has a high level of sophistication, and yet it's a simple plug and play process to install. It connects to the vehicle through the fuel and air intake sensors under the bonnet. The VIEZU V-Box can run a number of different control maps and settings depending on what the driver requires. Including outright power and torque. Maximum fuel economy, or a blend of the two.

Once programmed the VIEZU V-box can be fitted in just minutes and can be removed any time leaving no trace. Removal from one vehicle to another is also possible – at time of vehicle change over or sale for example.
